I recently completed your Program Yourself Thin course, and I must say, I have had wonderful results so far. I have lost almost 40 lbs, and now walk more or less regularly 2X a day; walking about 8 miles a day in two sessions (on top of taking Jujitsu 2X/week, yoga and a strength and stretch class). Had you told me 3 months ago I would be doing all this on a regular basis (or even once in awhile), I would have told you you were NUTS. I have about 90 pounds to go to my goal weight, and can actually visualize myself finishing this .I have never been able to get all my ducks in a row for serious weight loss before this, and I am very pleased.

 Hi, my name is Kelsey and I’ve lost 50 pounds with Valerie Dawson’s hypnosis program. I had struggled all my life with my weight problem and had tried every diet out there with no success. Before the hypnosis I constantly overate both at mealtime and in between meals.

I love Weight Loss Hypnosis Pro for two reasons. One, it is extremely easy to use, as it fits into my hectic lifestyle, and two, it really works! I was skeptical at first, but gave it a try because I felt like none of the traditional weight loss methods fit into my busy lifestyle.

I am a teacher and work several side jobs to make ends meet so, at the end of the day I found myself making poor diet choices because I was too exhausted to cook healthy meals.
